What are the requirements to run COD4 on a PC?
Recommended requirements:
CPU: 2.4 GHz Dual Core or better
RAM: 1GB for XP and 2GB for Vista
HD: 8GB Free Space
GFX: 3.0 Shader Support, Nvidia Geforce 7800, ATI Radeon X1800 or better.
Minimum requirements:
CPU: Intel® Pentium® 4 2.4 GHz, AMD® Athlon™ 64 2800+ processor
or any 1.8Ghz Dual Core Processor or better.
RAM: 512MB RAM (768MB for Windows Vista)
HD: 8GB Free SPace
GFX: NVIDIA® Geforce™ 6600, ATI® Radeon® 9800Pro or better
But this doesn't mean a lot to me so what else can I do?
- Download the game demo and see if by chance it runs it but still that takes too long so what then...

I didn't pass for COD4 on three computers but I somehow cheated and managed to get it installed on the much waited for not truely POS laptop eh  here's to fragging with a wicked 3 FPS! ! ! |

Nope, CPU and Ram on recommended. CPU Speed had four red bars, 2140 @1.60GHz  Ram 1020.7 MB (Vista) had three red bars, .
On minimum CPU Speed was the only one that failed, had red bars and only one more would have made them all green bars, Can I play, maybe? |
